Who We Are
KatloTech Communications Ltd. is an Indigenous-owned network and data-infrastructure company based in Yellowknife, NWT. We design and build open-access fiber corridors and sovereign, cold-climate data-center capacity—prioritizing reliability, redundancy, and low-carbon operations.
Founded by Lyle Fabian of Katlodeeche First Nation, we partner with Indigenous governments, communities, and industry to enable fair competition on shared wholesale infrastructure. Our work keeps critical data in the North, creates skilled local jobs, and strengthens digital sovereignty and resilience across Northern Canada.
