Lyle Fabian is the owner of KatloTech Communications, has worked in the IT sector for the past 16 years, and has earned designations as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Fiber Optic Certification (CFOT) from the Fiber Optic Association (FOA). Lyle continues to work towards assisting both the mining industry and First Nation communities in building new IT networks.

As an RCAF field engineer, from radio links, and data centers to fiber data backbone links; he initiated, directed, and deployed major international networks ranging from Canadian agencies, European NATO support, Cellular services providers, and African National Security networks.
